Informal place, found by chance and surprised us, from the appetizer to the dessert we trusted and we left satisfied: culatello di zibello, shoulder raw Palasone, classic tigelle with mortadella tosone and pesto, erbazzone, apple and cinnamon pie, then bis tosone "sfuso". All accompanied by corn bread and black rice, turmeric focaccia, tigelle and linseed focaccia quinoa and rice. All at the origin without gluten and lactose. Top owners both in the kitchen and in the service. Drank excellent gluten free beer and apple and hop juice. We arrived in pre-aperitif time without a reservation, but at the usual times it seems to be recommended.

A paradise for those who are celiac with also veg and vegan options. Prices are normal for gluten free, for me the portions are small like canaries, ok for a pre-dinner aperitif but not for a dinner. I tried the "Er Porkettaro" sandwich, good in the gourmet version but there weren't even 2 potatoes on the side. Small place so book.

I found out about this restaurant thanks to a friend. As a celiac (with vegetarian tendencies) I am very happy! 😍 It's paradise! We took a vegan cheese tasting, WONDERFUL! Then some vegan meatballs and truffle and ham crepes. All accompanied by delicious 100% gluten free bread and focaccia. And let's not forget the weed. I think it's the best I've ever eaten! Truly a spectacle! Irene and Luca, the owners, are very kind, wonderful people to stop and have a chat with, super helpful and welcoming. I will definitely come back! ❤️❤️❤️
