The only pizzeria in the area that makes gluten-free pizzas upon request. Excellent dough and cooking. I hope next year it will also feature lactose-free mozzarella. Celiac disease is often associated with other intolerances and, furthermore, food intolerances are constantly increasing. On the other hand, a lactose-free mozzarella can be put in a normal pizza, therefore, there is no risk of throwing it away.
