Telegraph Hotel

Wonderful, soothing lighting and not too many tables squashed together. Not too loud either, you can hear your conversation. Our server was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the drinks cold. They do take away meals too so we got our dessert to take home as we were full but the food was so good we didn’t want to miss out on something tomorrow. I love that nearly everything is gluten free. Highly recommend the gnocchi and the venue.

Exceptional service and choices for coeliacs. They also catered for my FODMAP issues and I didn't get a single eye roll or huff! Brilliant service and delicious food. Thank you. I will be back!

We go to the Telegraph hotel regularly and it's always excellent. I have coeliac disease and they cater beautifully for dietary requirements. I had fish and chips -a rare occasion when coeliacs are able to have battered fish and chips. The fish is fresh and batter light. I ordered creme brulee for dessert. It had a shortbread biscuit with it. I thought at first the biscuit couldn't be gluten free but it was! Amazing. My friend had steak and blueberry cheesecake. Her meal was delicious also. The food at the Telegraph is always fresh, high quality and created with great thought and attention to detail. The service is excellent. Our waitress listened intently to our requests and made sure we were happy. I feel lucky to live so close to be able to have dinner here when it's a special occasion and know that everyone will be looked after and enjoy delicious food.
