Such an awesome experience for people with celiac disease! For the meat, they brought out a new brisket, changed gloves, used a different cutting board , and used a different knife!!! Not only safe but delicious!!

Terry Black’s was so accommodating for changing their gloves and adding paper and a cutting board for our gluten free meats, they took the time and care changing gloves 4x after wiping down the scale and and the butcher block. The food is excellent! Definitely worth the drive down to Dallas.
