I love Thai food. Love it! As a person with Celiac, Pad Thai is an extremely reliable option. I normally eat Indian at a 3 on a scale of 1-5, so when they presented me with the options of 1,2,3,and Thai Spice, I felt very confident in a 2. When I opened the box when I got home and it was red, I was a little worried. When I started eating it, and I had to pour coffee creamer on it in an attempt to cool it down and STILL couldn’t eat it, and had to throw 2/3 of it away, that is just insane. I’m so upset with the spice levels and do not understand why it varies so much from place to place. I hate that I couldn’t eat my dinner, and that I wasted $16 on food I can’t eat. I hope this changes for the future.
