The Copper Coil Still & Grill

So… this is the best restaurant in Squamish. BY A MILE!!! We were in town for a couple days for my sisters wedding. So let me tell you why Copper Coil is top notch. 1. Food: the food was fantastic. The owner personally came by and made everyone’s day amazing. The Humziki appetizer was incredibly delicious. It comes with pita bread but I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and swapped it to carrot sticks which was awesome. They took my allergy very seriously and insured all the food I ordered was prepared safely. I unfortunately didn’t take pictures of the other food as I was too busy enjoying it. I had the sweet summer salad and an order brisket and pulled pork. Others had a creamy Mac n cheese, or burgers. Food came out in a timely manner and was cooked perfectly without any errors. Service: This is where they excelled. Our server was beyond friendly and attentive. Staff kept water jugs filled, offered refills and made sure everyone was enjoying the food. The manager/owner went above and beyond to ensure our experience was fantastic Atmosphere: laid back, casual and fun. Overall a 10/10 and will definitely be going back on our next trip to Squamish.
