I used to come here many times when it opened a while back and the noodles were amazing! Recently, I found out I can't eat gluten and stopped going. However, I found out that they offer gluten free option and one being sweet potato noodles and honestly you can't tell the dish is gluten free. The flavor is still rich, it pops, and the amount of food will leave you food for the day. I recommend trying their Specialty Noodles, my favorite being the Dapan Niu. Definitely one the hidden gems in the neighborhood!

small noodle shop near Harlem as a gluten free eater getting something satisfying and seasoned well without sacrificing quality can be tough. This place is a go to. They're fast, and my go to rice noodle pork combo tends to last me two meals for the price it costs. Can't advocate enough.
