Was driving through Littleton and wanted to stop at a cafe for lunch. Needed to find a yummy meal that was vegan and gluten free. Landed upon the Inkwell. So thrilled with their Vegan Bliss panini. It's so hard to find vegan food with protein and this had edamame hummus and tofu ...and was perfectly delicious. Also enjoyed a Peaberry tea...and gf pumpkin braad to go. Great find!!

Great place to work remotely and enjoy delicious food and coffee as well. Their menu offers both sourdough (gluten-intolerant-friendly) and a gluten-free bread. I did not feel restricted at all in my choices. I sat here from 8:am until 3:30pm working so I had breakfast and lunch! The cheese pull on the hot Italian sandwich was legit!
