The staff are incredible about celiac! When I asked about a gluten free a gluten free bun the first question was if it was an allergy or preference. When the answer was celiac the entire kitchen and front staff were all on the same page. I was advised about cross contamination with the frier and given excellent options to sub for fries.
After the side options were given, the hostess was not hesitant to ask me if the chip option was gluten free, ( quick Google search says almost all cape cod chips are GF). When I ordered my drink it was second nature for the hostess to double check gluten for me.
My food was prepped separately and tasted SO GOOD!!!!
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, it's pricey but the food quality and incredible staff keeping everyone safe makes it priceless!
