Gluten free cauliflower substitute instead of noodles. Also, vegan cheese, for the dairy free people in your life. recommend brussel sprouts with aioli sauce. SUPER YUM!

The best mac n cheese! So many ways to customize. Great options including gluten free, and cauliflower mac. Very generous portions. One us usually enough for 2 meals. Fast service, delicious food, really nice staff. Tip them well. They earn it! So glad they opened a Macd in Portland!
