Excellent afternoon tea with friends. The hotel was extremely busy, but the staff were still really helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and even the gluten free food was lovely. The food was well present and fresh, you were even asked if you wanted more! You even had a good selection of teas, which is a great bonus. The hotel itself is very well appointed, good decor and clean. I would definitely return.

We went on grill night with kids and sat in the restaurant. The food was absolutely spot on, best burger we have ever had! The way they catered for my gluten free daughter was exceptional- even highlighting the menu in advance so she could see. The service was brilliant- the young wait staff ran around non stop and never missed a beat. The reason I’ve knocked off a star is because we were sat next to a table who were being filmed for a channel 5 documentary all evening and this ruined the atmosphere and our privacy. I think another table would’ve been better. Also we ordered dessert which took so long we had to leave without having it. These issues wouldn’t stop us going back though. We found it so welcoming and friendly, and good value for money. Great place to take coeliacs and families.
