I just had the most incredible experience here! I was helped by Tori who truly went above and beyond to help me. If you follow me you know I am allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs & soy. She knew all the ingredients and even went in the back to get salmon that wasn't marinated for me. First of all the fish is incredibly fresh. It tastes like it was just caught! I haven't tasted fish this fresh since.... gosh I can't remember when! They offer a variety of bases to include cauliflower rice! For proteins they offer tuna, salmon, shrimp, salmon and tofu. They have a great variety of mix ins and sauces. I opted for water and it had cucumber infused for an amazing flavor! There is Sriracha on the table and plenty of seating. Service was very quick and everything looked extremely clean. Tori even changed her gloves before helping me. Parking, the first 30 minutes is free so bring in your ticket if you plan on staying longer! They'll stamp it and you will have 2 hours free. I am visiting from Omaha and drive 20 minutes from my hotel to eat here and it was more than worth the drive. I truly cannot say enough positive things about the food and especially Tori. I'm not even out of the restaurant yet... I couldn't wait to post this review! To the owners and managers, Tori is a gem! I didn't interact with any of your other employees but I hope you promote her and never let her go! To her future employers, you can call me as a reference. :) I've truly never been so impressed by anyone in the restaurant industry.
