The Prime Smokehouse: Barbecue & Beyond

Beautiful restaurant with nice views. We chose this restaurant because it has a good selection of gluten-free foods on the menu. When our server took our order, she said the drink options were sweet tea, unsweet tea, and Coke products. I would have loved a glass of wine, but since there was no bar menu on the table and she didn't mention any other options, I thought maybe they weren't serving that day. Later, I noticed others with drinks from the bar, but by then I was fine with my water. Might be a good idea to have bar menus on all of the tables. The food was fine -- my chicken and brisket was a bit on the dry side, but both were delicious when eaten with the baked beans (the star of the plate!). We will definitely go back, but next time I'll try the smoked wings and ribs.
