The Yellow Deli - Valley Center

I love their gluten-free bread, unfortunately they were out by the time I was there. We did get our favorite green ginger lemon juice drink that we malt wanted. We always enjoy our food their too

Nice lunch getaway on the weekend. Great sandwiches and friendly staff. The waiter recommended a heritage grain bread to my wife (she's gluten free) that he said other gf people have eaten w/o it effecting them, so she tried it, but unfortunately got sick. He was only trying to be helpful, and as they say, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained.", it just didn't work out for her. If you are gf and don't want to chance it, they can do lettuce wraps and have Impossible/Beyond burgers which my wife eats all the time. Their normal sandwiches are great regardless. I had the reuben and it was delicious. Definitely recommend this peaceful retreat.
