The hotel is a little bit dark. It is comfortable, nice lounge and conservatory with tv.
Meals are good decent value. I am gluten free and staff were helpful bringing the toast separately and cornflakes. Could have done with some additional fruit on buffet.

As someone suffering from coeliac desease, I am always apprehensive of going somewhere new. The New Southlands however, went the extra mile to provide gluten free meals for me. Many thanks to all the members of staff!
