As someone with Celiac disease, I’ve given this restaurant multiple chances, but I can confidently say it’s one of the worst options for anyone with gluten allergies or sensitivities. I’ve visited five times, and on three separate occasions, despite clearly communicating my condition and asking multiple times for a gluten-free, no cross contamination meal, I was still served gluten specifically in the burger.
What’s most concerning is the lack of staff awareness and training when it comes to food allergies. Even after I had a conversation with the manager about cross contamination issues, particularly with the caramelized onions, the same mistake was made again on a later visit.
This level of negligence is unacceptable and dangerous. If you have Celiac disease or any gluten intolerance, I strongly urge you to avoid this restaurant. Your health is not worth the risk! there are safer, more knowledgeable places to eat.
