Absolutely amazing!
The staff is thoroughly trained and managers bring allergies to the table. They even use a black napkin under allergy plates as a signal to all employees that the dish is an allergy. They use casarecce GF pasta - so they can know it’s GF just by looking at it. I felt incredibly safe eating here, and I got an almond flour cannoli!
I went here with two girlfriends and sat at the bar. We order the beans, the hummus with arugula and prosciutto and a gluten free crust pizza. All of it was spectacular. The pizza crust was a think crust - but texture and flavor were spot on!
The bean dish was out of this world and the sauce was excellent. Cocktails were also good and service impeccable. Highly recommend.
Having visited this establishment on several occasions, I have consistently found the food to be delightful. My nephew and I often encounter challenges in locating dining options that cater to our dietary needs, as he has a gluten allergy and I have a dairy allergy. However, the staff here have always been incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. The food is consistently served promptly and prepared to perfection. I would certainly recommend this place for a quick and enjoyable meal.

Some good options! Definitely caters towards allergies. Pancake wasn’t my favorite but everything else was good! Wait time was a lil crazy but great atmosphere! Would def recommend!
Candlepin is $30/5 pers/hr
Pizza are $16-$26+tax, salad is the only other option but there is gluten free dough. They natural and organic ingredients and sodas.
Environment is modern and cute.
Parking is pretty bad. 2h free until 8pm, then unlimited. There's a gym in the same block and a fancy parking garage.
This place is so cool! Great vibes, friendly and quick servers plus the food is fantastic. All of the gluten free options are delicious, especially the churros. It was really fun to be able to eat tacos and oysters at the same time.
Two guys working on Sunday afternoon. We walked in to a few folks at the bar and an empty set of tables. Didn’t look promising. We were pleasantly surprised from start to finish.
The after show rush filled up the place in 20 minutes and the place got busy! The guys were humping, but did a great job taking care of everyone we saw in the place, despite looking short handed.
Food was all good, solid pub fare. North shore roast beef took me back to Ipswich. The number of gluten free options was awesome to see.

My husband thought the seared seafood scallops was amazing. I was really looking forward to gluten free dishes I can't have all the time. However, I thought the gluten free mac and cheese was less than desirable. The noodles were not quite done, the cheese was melted in and that was it. No spices or creamieness to the dish. Lobster is always good. I'm sad that I paid $38 for that dish. My son had a good burger with a gf bun.
All I need to say is YUM! The food was on point! Everything came out hot, fresh and delicious. They catered to my son’s Gluten allergy with care. TOM is amazing! He didn’t just give customer service, he gave us a guest experience to make us feel as if we were a guest in their home. He blessed our family with an experience we won’t forget.
I’m sitting here right now, and I basically never feel inclined to leave a review mid meal, but here I am. After less than a year of realizing I have a severe gluten intolerance, it’s been an adjustment, to say the least, and not a yummy one. This food about brought me to tears. Maybe it’s the long travel, but nonetheless, I find myself trying to savor every bite.
They have a gluten free menu, which I decided to try the house made Ricotta (chips instead of bread), and the bolognese. I can’t. Every bite is amazing, and if you have a gluten allergy, you know what delectable pasta isn’t always easy to come by. Not to mention, I’m sitting by the bar and can hear the kitchen staff talking about the gluten dishes, grabbing clean pans, and ensuring they leave the hold window when they’re done. Just beyond what most restaurants do. I cannot wait to be back in town to come again.
Oh, and the staff is just so nice and helpful, and everyone seems to just sincerely love their job! You know when the owners and chefs (and sous chef!) are named on the menu, they take real pride in what they do. Highly recommend!
Coming from Chicago, we've been struggling to find a proper brunch experience in the Boston area (meaning elevated breakfast dishes, with interesting ingredients that are both delicious and well made). The search is over! This place is excellent with great food, a marvelous atmosphere and great service. Plan for reservations, though, as this place is popular! They also did a phenomenal job accommodating gluten free with a lot of care for cross contamination.
Stopped in on a Saturday night, expecting it would be packed. It was, but we were still seated very quickly. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was friendly. Despite several large parties seated near us, our food was also brought out quickly. Since we were going to a show after at the House of Blues, it was an added bonus that they had tablets to check out with on the table. Convenient walk to the House of Blues from Yard House. Normally, eating out without plans to head directly home is a risk for me (gluten sensitivity). Food from Yard House was fresh, had a ton of flavor, and the BBQ chicken Salad gave me no stomach unrest at all. I will likely make this a regular stop when I go to shows.

Summer was amazing! She helped me with my food choices and reassured that I could eat safely since I am celiac. Summer is giving a great attitude and great positive vibe!!
If you are around, it is a place to go.
I would say it is more for young generation, could not identify exactly the style 🤷🏻♂️
The way they cook and serve, is not exactly as you would get it in its original location - they have their way of cooking.
They are Gluten Free friendly, something we were looking for.
Perfect place for great american food. It can get awfully loud especially if you aren’t sitting at the bar. Great place to please all types of eaters. Great place to bring your gluten free friends as well.
Some awesome BBQ! Their sauces are made in house. Try them all. Great options for those that are Gluten Free / Intolerant. I had some of the tastiest Pork Belly ever!!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. Service was absolutely top notch, our server went above and beyond. I asked for cucumber for my Hendricks and tonic, he couldn’t find any so created a sad face with other garnish’s I could use for my drink. But he came through by finding me cucumber!
The food, oh so good! They brought out bread for my wife, I passed because I am gluten free and then the server said they had gf bread for me and got it from the warmer. The clam chowder my wife loved. And the mains, amazing! My wife had the crab and lobster ravioli and I had scallops with potato gratin. Both fantastic! If you are visiting Boston in the area it’s a must do!
Amazing customer service and amazing food. Hot pot is delicious and servers are the kindest people and are very patient with people who are new to hot pot. Also coming from someone with celiac very gluten free friendly, I was able to eat everything I wanted on the menu
A fun place to have dinner with nice ambiance. We really enjoyed listening to the good live jazz band. The Gluten free fish and chips were delicious and the fryer was celiac safe. Our waitress was attentive and helpful when asked about the gf menu.
Lots to like about this eatery. Loved sitting at table by open window. They are gluten allergy aware and the food was good with the exception of the gluten free bun. They need to explore other vendor options. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Excellent food, great waitress, and huge portions for the price. We got the fried pickles (huge plate for $5), fish and chips and the Reuben. Ordered the Reuben as gluten free and they made it on a gluten free bun with no up charge. We had a bunch of leftovers!
This is a lovely hidden gem next to the Revolution Hotel. The food was quite good. I recommend the cauliflower with the pineapple and the sotol ranch water. Alan was our waiter and he was very informative and kind. I also appreciated that the menu was very clear about the gluten free options.
A BOSTON GEM! So happy we ate here. I wanted a romantic place for dinner and this place did not disappoint. Everything on the menu sounded amazing so we definitely over-ordered. We got 4 apps and an entree. We ultimately let the server decide our entree and he chose the duck, which was perfectly cooked. Also had MANY gluten free options for my allergy.
We got the chocolate soufflé and flourless chocolate cake for dessert because we couldn’t decide between the two. I loved the soufflé and my hubs preferred the chocolate cake.
Highly recommend for a romantic dinner or if you want to splurge on a high end meal!
Sam, our server, was awesome! Food was great, cocktails and desserts too!
Highly recommend! The place was packed yet the service was on point!!
I’m gluten free and Sam attended to my needs perfectly! Even the manager came out to church on me .

Living in the South End all my life, I’ve been blessed with so many unique restaurants nearby. We even have a seafood boil restaurant! Bootleg Special’s seafood boil is amazing and the garlic noodle is a must! The drinks are super fun and the vibe, NOLA speakeasy. Love it.
Yesterday was the first time I stopped by for brunch and it has to be Boston’s best brunch spot! It is great for dates, girls outing, friends and family gatherings. Let’s just say it can accommodate any occasion because it’s such a fun and unique experience.
I really enjoyed their brunch menu which include soufflé pancakes, bootleg Benedict, and brunch garlic noodles. They also have MANY gluten free options.
I’ve also tried their newly launched menu item, the ConeNado and my favorite was the lobster clam chowder! Super fun and delicious!
This is a must visit!

Anyone familiar with Quincy Market will know it is a madhouse. Ned Devine's gives you the chance to get away from the craziness and sit down for a meal. The food is pretty good. I loved the soft pretzel appetizer and the Ned Burger was great. It is a big burger too. The gluten free options are plentiful as the rest of Quincy Market sucks in this regard.
The service was absolute trash. My friend with a gluten allergy was given gluten. Food came out at different times, awful service, iffy food. Overpriced.
Late night date night at Lucca in the North End. Bar closes at 1am and Kitchen close at 11:45pm every day. One of the BEST lamb chops ever and my husband had the Lobster Fra-Diavolo, he loved it and devoured it. Got a cosmo and a glass of the Prisioner Cabernet Sauvignon. The service was outstanding. Our server Victor was super knowledgeable and conscious of my Gluten Allergy. Amazing experience!!
I have a gluten allergy and my fiancee does not. This is a great compromise because she can get all her sandwich and pasta fixings and I can grab a very tasty Gluten free alternative! Gfree buns and pizza crust. Missing fifth star because it is sometimes hard to find seating.
Amazing experience at Bricco. Our server Manuel M. was so accommodating and informative. This place is great for gluten free dining - I had the gluten free gnocchi and it was the best I've had! And I went when it was super busy on Valentine's day, the ultimate test.
We recently had our son and daughter in law’s elopement party there. We had the whole second floor and patio for the party. The food(BBQ) was excellent with lots of choices(vegan, gluten free) for everyone. The beer choices were a hit! There was a space for the dessert that we provided. The staff was very polite and efficient. The views of the Boston skyline at sunset really added to the ambiance of the event. I highly recommend DBC for your next casual event.
Sat at the bar, was a pretty slow Monday evening so service was quick. Bartender was very friendly. Ordered a gluten free pizza and some drinks. GF dough is marked, not sure about other GF items(have to ask). Overall it was tasty! Just know that (personally) 1 GF pizza is enough for one person. If it’s more than one person I’d recommend getting one each. Delicious nonetheless! Would go again
NO vegan options without significant modifications that leave you with hardly any flavors. Fries are NOT vegan, all fried with fish and chicken. Guacamole can be vegan if you omit half the ingredients which are corn and cheese. Grain bowl can be vegan if you drop the dressing and remove the feta. That’s about it. Nothing is marked on the menu as vegan (but they have markers for gluten free or can be made gluten free). We had the best server who worked extra hard to make sure we found something we could eat, but other than that I would NOT recommend this place for vegans unless you just want to drink (cocktail my friend got looked good).

Dear Sonsie, you’ve never let me down but today was a bummer. My mother has a severe celiac allergy, highly highly sensitive to gluten. As in she will end up in the hospital if she has contaminated food. This was explained to the waitress. It was clear the waitress didn’t fully understand because she asked if my mom wanted to sub in wheat toast. She cannot eat bread period. None the less we saw she made a note about the gluten allergy and submitted the food. Her meal came out with toast on the eggs. We grabbed the food runner and told them we said very clearly no toast. He went back to the kitchen and they came out less than two minutes later with the meal minus toast which showed it was clear they just pulled the toast off. This is unacceptable. You could have put her in the hospital. When we sent the food back it then came with a side salad instead of the potatoes because they said those had gluten. So not only did you put toast on her meal but you were going to serve her contaminated potatoes until you were heavily challenged, twice. I don’t blame the waitress. I blame management and hold management accountable. You put her health at risk and what’s worse is the waitress said the manager would comp the meal, they didn’t not, and the manager NEVER came over to acknowledge anything. Issues rot at the top. It rots with management not training staff. Honestly cannot come back after this and I would warn anyone with a celiac/gluten allergy to stay away. This was scary.
