The Cardamom Pod

Holy guacamole! A celebration of flavours and smells and sights all in one. I wanted some gluten free chicken, but the store closed down. So I spotted The Cardamom Pod and invited my best friend to try it out. I chose an Apple Pie Latte, which was creamy and tasty and mmmhh. We also both ordered the Superburger. And WOW, it was beautifully presented, it was huge, it just blew my mind on how I was gonna wrap myself around it and it eat. But slow and steady won the race, because with each bite, my tastebuds had a party. I’m serious, it was so very delicious. There was chutney, caramelised onions, pesto, tasty sauces, cheese, pickles, an insanely tasty patty….. we both didn’t talk the whole time, way too busy eating and enjoying this burger. Every meal that came out of the kitchen looked like a piece of art! Impressive, yummy, wonderful

I am gluten intolerant. My sister and mother are full celiac. We used to struggle to find an amazing cafe/restaurant to have some coffee and cake, until we came across Cardamom Pod. The allergen cheesecakes are so epic. I usually have to order two slices (one to have there and one to take home) because they are so delicious. Staff are also so friendly and i'ts a great atmosphere to have a relaxing time. Keep being awesome Cardamom Pod!
