The Club Room at The Clyde

First time was Saturday 4/1, will be last time. Arrived at 6:00 pm - was told that unless we wanted to pay the "2 for $45" dinner, we had to wait until 7:00 pm. We chose that option. Ordered at 7:00 pm, didn't get our order until after 8:00 pm. One of our party did not get her correct order (she needed a gluten free pizza - did not get it). I don't recall see that there was a dinner with a show menu only from 4pm-7pm. Also, music was LOUD and not that great.

Just a really great dining experience. I had the grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun with a side salad. The grilled chicken was much better than an average chicken sandwich. You could actually taste the grilling in the chicken and the sauce added a very complimentary flavor. The gluten free bread was okay, but I've never had gluten free bread that really stood out, so I was okay with that. The side salad was rather dismal and didn't stand out at all, so next time I will make another side choice (sweet potato waffle fries!). My friend had the chicken salad on a baguette with a side of broccoli salad. She loved both the sandwich and the side of broccoli salad, which she had before. You sure can't complain about the atmosphere of the place or the service, both which were fantastic. Everything was just right in both of those categories. I would give this restaurant a 4 1/2 if the rating system allowed it. I rarely give 5 stars unless all of the stars and moon align during my dining experience. We will definitely be back.
