The Conservatory Restaurant

Birthday breakfast celebration at the conservatory this morning for a table of 11. Can’t say we were blown away here-The breakfast spread does not highlight any gluten free options or allergies. 50% of the meals arrived and once those people had finished eating the balance of the breakfasts arrived. 1 meal had a hair in it. (There are only 3 hot breakfast options, so not sure why there was such a delay in the remaining 5 meals arriving) - feedback on the pastries were very bland. Requested a gluten free option, scones available but sadly overwhelming taste of the baking soda? Very salty. - maitre d did apologize for the lack of service in getting our meals to us on time but I did not see the value for the meal charged. The atmosphere, decor and garden views are spectacular and possibly the one reason I would return.

The food was amazing, service very good and they cater very well for gluten intolerance!
