My experience here was a while ago but wasn't too bad. I ordered the vegetable panini, but I needed to make a change to remove an ingredient (cheese) and get gluten free bread due to food intolerances at the time, which have gotten better since. I was told that they couldn't do that because multiple foods were premade. I understood, but isn't the point of a restaurant to have 'fresh' food? They ended up creating a fresh panini, which I was greatful for due to the limited amount of vegetarian options. Yes, I could have chosen one of the other vegetarian options, except I couldn't because almost all (if not all) of the options had tomatoes, which give me a violent reaction if I eat them. That being said, the vegetarian options they had without tomatoes that day was limited to the panini or a 1 trio of dips. The rest of the vegetarian options all had tomatoes: feta bruschetta (tomatoes), salads (all with tomatoes), flatbread (tomatoes), penne tomato (tomatoes). Keep in mind the options as I was told were pre-prepared, so how could I alter them to be without tomatoes? The panini was also pretty small for the cost. The small salad it came with had a raspberry (all natural) dressing. That dressing had almost a neon pink colour and was so sweet, that it tasted artificial. The people I was with had fish and chips. Again, smallish portions. I was told the fried fish in beer batter was pretty good. That being said, we all had the same impression, that the food was bland, especially the fries. The portions combined with the blandness of the food didn't make the cost feel worth it, as it is pricier. The bathroom designs were awful, the rest of the interior was pretty interesting. The customer service was pretty good.
