Gluten reduced beer!!! Hallelujah, Hot dog beer is my new go to. Lots of Gluten Free food options. Service was great. Wings were good, reuben dip was good.

This is simply an outstanding place. Two of our kids have Celiac, so we have to avoid gluten everywhere we go. Many restaurants accommodate this ok, but Explorium does it next level. Gluten-free options for just about everything they make, including their beer. And trust me, you won't even realize it was gluten free. Wonderful place. Milwaukee is lucky to have it.

One of the best gluten free fish frys I've had. Great crunch and not greasy. Potato pancakes were excellent too. Mozzarella sticks were also top notch. Definitely coming back for more. Service was great.
