The Flinders Street Project

This is the second time I have been here and is a little gem away from the hustle of the main Rundle area and extensions. I had time to kill between appointments, so I sat myself down for a remote work and had an eggs Benedict and coffee . OMG, that gluten-free Benny with salmon is one of the best I have had. Just like I judge a good Dim Sum restaurant, or as we call it here in Australia "Yum Cha", based on its Sui Mai, I equivalate a cafe with its ability to produce a good Eggs Benedict. Super friendly staff and a relaxed, cozy environment. Tables outside, which I also noticed some peope on their laptops as well getting a spot of work in.
