Great Smoked Salmon Benedict for brunch. The coffee wasn't the best but they were able to accommodate gluten-free options. Substitute bread for more potatoes but they can't guarantee cross contamination it seemed like so if you are severely celiac just consider that.

We had a wonderful experience at the Flying Pig. We were a large party celebrating a bachelorette, we arrived with a few extra than our reservation called for and staff easily and happily accommodated that. All of the food and drinks were delicious and our server made it a really special event for all of us and especially the bride to be. We also had a number of different dietary restrictions (celiac, nut allergies, dairy allergies) in our party that they were able to accommodate with ease! Highly recommend and thanks Flying Pig for the great night :)
