I have it in my rotation to have. They clearly mark the gluten free options, and the food are all flavored delicately, good for people who prefer a healthier, lighter twist of Vietnamese food. Their banhmi was delicious, definitely one of the best ive had. Not sure about authenticity but the meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the bread was great.
