This young man is an absolute legend and this chip truck is an institution. Just shared a large poutine which was massive - the chips are thick cut to hold up to the weight of the cheese and combat any risk of sogginess from the gravy. Absolutely perfect. My wife is celiac so unfortunately the gravy is not gluten free but they use a dedicated fryer for the chips. We brought it home and used our own GF brown gravy. So delicious. 10/10 highly recommend. My ONLY gripe would be that they don’t accept credit card - however he does accept email money transfer which is a great alternative for a cash/debit only setup

An EXCELLENT Fry Truck. Fries are big, chunky and cooked to perfection. Owner is super-friendly and uses proper gravy and curds on his poutine. French fries are cooked in a separate fryer ( no gluten contamination) and with oil free from all major allergens. Fair prices for the delicious product. We love it here!
