Gluten and dairy free fluffy American style pancakes and Waffles available
They are very clued on cross contact as I initially ordered Waffles but the waffle press had been used that morning for gluten waffles so they checked if I wanted to have pancakes instead. If you're travelling especially I'd just give them a quick call to check if you're coeliac
