The Glass Noodle

Fantastic! The service was incredible. They made sure to accommodate my gluten allergy and had tremendous attention to detail. The pho was quite good as well with lots of basil that you could add to it.

We had good service at the Glass Noodle Bar. The restaurant is really nice and open air, you can get a great breeze and on cool nights it feels good. They have some outdoor seating as well and bar seating. Overall, the place is really nice. They handled my order well with attention to the gluten allergy (Celiac disease) and cooked my noodles separately from everything else and omitted the Hoison sauce and any fried ingredients like I asked. I think the pho was low on meat for what we are used to, but it didn't matter to me because I don't eat much meat, however that might matter to someone else. The pho bowl was huge though and the broth was nice. Street parking is available, as well as the parking garage for Publix. It was super easy. They also have late hours which is great.
