The Good Son

We came here last weekend, and when I say that it was the best pizza I've ever had, let me tell you that it was leaps and bounds ahead of everywhere else. My family and I tried the Don Mills location- my parents have ordered from there for delivery and always loved the food, so we decided to go in this time instead. Everything was amazing and incredible, from start to finish. Aliya, our sereer, was so friendly and helpful with the menu, gluten free options and had a great sense of humour the whole time. She was attentive and on it with everything. We tried the steak skewer to start, which was packed full of flavour (particularly the sauce). My husband and mum tried the Natalina pizza, which they both loved, while my dad had the short rib- he hasn't stopped talking about it since! I had a gluten free version of the Mortadella pizza and OMG; hands down the best gluten free pizza I've ever eaten. The crust was literally phenomenal and loved the toppings too. The garlic sauce was unreal as well. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jo, the general manager, afterwards, and she was kind, friendly and so sweet. She recommended we try brunch, which we didn't know happened on weekends, and I am really looking forward to trying it out on our next visit back! Literally everything about our experience was amazing, and I cannot wait to go back. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend that everyone come out and try it!

Food is amazing 🤩 but I do have an issue as to why there are no gluten free pasta and pizza in the Don Mills menu….I know the Queen location has gluten free pasta but in this day and age with so many food sensitivities and allergies they should be readily available at all Good Son locations!!
