The Green Line Cafe

Great for a drive through experience. Sadly, COVID has ruined my favorite sit-in coffee shop site. No eat in options (although you can totally eat outdoors they have tables outside). Its such a lovely shop i will miss visiting this location to sip tea and read a book. I hope restrictions lift soon The food is good though! The people are great and super helpful. They have vegan and gluten free options.

Wonderful spot for coffee, tea, baked goods, etc. Great for a quiet workspace or a convivial meet-up – even a casual lunch date. Food is tasty, with many vegan and gluten-free options. (Like most coffeeshops, it's mostly pastries and small sandwiches – better for snacks or a light lunch than a hearty meal!) I don't drink coffee, but their tea is fine. Baristas are lovely – friendly, helpful, welcoming, and full of character. Wifi is consistent and the speed is quite decent for a small coffeeshop, especially considering how many people are often on it! The space is also incredibly diverse, and the clientele are a true West Philly slice of life – from longtime locals to recent transplants to college students, etc.
