Gluten sensitive friendly, and everything on the buffet was labeled if it was vegan or gluten sensitive. Very attentive staff, eager to please and serve. Clean environment. Wonderful layout, BEST idea ever.... Italian Buffet! In LOVE!

I have food allergies and they have the option of gluten free pasta. The cook made a whole meal for me that cuts out the foods I’m allergic to and it was amazing. I will be back the next time I’m in Springfield!!
