Delicious! It’s nice to go to eat and have so many gluten free options! I enjoyed everything!

Ok to be fair I’m not a big bbq person ! But the burnt ends were outstanding ! The fried pickles were very good also had broccoli cauliflower etc Mayb should rename fried pickles and friends ! Whole restaurant is gluten free ! If u so desire! I had the lobster fries chunks of smoked lobster over fries with bbq sauce and cheese sauce - I personally would have preferred with out so much sauce - sauce was sweet I prefer savory ! Burnt ends r the bomb tho! Others like their pork belly & grits & brisket !

As someone who is gluten intolerant, menu selection & options are important. The opportunity to choose anything from the menu was definitely one thing I loved. Aside from the options, the food was amazing! The thoughtfulness of the flavor parings was great, portion sizes were large, and everything was fresh and presented beautifully! The wait staff was so personable & professional! This is definitely one of my favorite spots in Knoxville…highly recommended!
