The Hummus Republic

Not Celiac safe - had a reaction normally it’s minor swelling i broke out pretty bad had diarrhea and vomiting leg and feet swelling and tongue broke out (condition geography tongue I only Get when I eat gluten) called ahead of time to relay over information about my Celiac. The drinks are small and Over priced the food portions are good but for a meal two drinks and side order fries Came out close to 50$

I ordered the lemon chicken rice bowl with cucumbers, red onions and beets and the lemon olive oil drizzle. I called to let them know about my gluten-free and ask about their safety practices. The person I spoke with assured me that they put on fresh gloves and are very careful to prevent cross contact. I just finished my bowl and wish I had ordered two.

The food is amazing!!! We got bowls and they are extremely filling for a great price. The lemonades are so refreshing and delicious especially the Lavender sage lemonade. Service was very quick and the employees were very friendly. Lots of vegan and gluten free options as well but their lamb and chicken were amazing!!!!
