The Hyderabad Indian Grill Fridley

Truly a hidden gem! My husband discovered this restaurant when they first opened a few years ago, and we’ve been going back ever since! Their healthy, authentic Indian food is ALWAYS delicious. The menu is HUGE. They offer many more options than most Indian restaurants I’ve been to. Their dosas are to die for - they are tangy, fermented rice/lentil crepes that are perfectly cooked - a little chewy and a little crispy, and they taste a bit like sourdough, but better! Lots of options for fillings and sauces. Tonight I ordered their chicken curry, and the curry flavor was incredible! I couldn’t stop eating it. I can’t say enough about their flavorful and healthy food. I have a very sensitive stomach and several food allergies (dairy, gluten, sesame oil) and I always feel great after eating here, so they must use high quality ingredients. I also appreciate their very clear and thorough allergen labels on the menu. Their portions are generous, and the prices are affordable. Awesome to find this in Columbia Heights!

Very big menu and lot of gluten free options! Very accommodating and friendly staff

Gluten free and vegetarian options clearly marked and lots of both. Also lots of protein options My friend and I got beef curry, kadhai paneer, veg pakora, Naan, and mango Lassi. All very tasty and TONS of food. Spice level is serious so start out with a 1 or 2 out of 5 if you're unsure Went on a Sunday evening and it wasn't crowded at all. Food came out fast Will definitely be back
