Five Guys Prices: Waffle House Quality This was my first and last time ordering from here. I was excited to try their gluten-free options after reading positive reviews, but the entire experience was a disaster. First, the online ordering system had a "glitch," and no one's orders went through. So they had a line of others with the same issue. After arriving, I waited an additional 30 minutes only to find out they had printed the wrong order for a different Amanda. The staff was friendly enough, but it still resulted in an over an hour-long delay without any sort of accommodation or gesture of goodwill. We ordered shakes while we waited, and they were awful. For $7, the "specialty" Reese's shake was grainy, bland, and tasted like a cheap, non-dairy powder mix. The food was just as disappointing. The grilled chicken sandwich was made with what seemed like a frozen, flat-top patty that was more filler than meat; it was completely bland and chewy. The only decent part of the entire meal was the gluten-free bun. To top it off, while the entrance is beautiful, the rest of the restaurant is dirty and neglected. Once you have a moment to look, you see the grime. The bathroom was filthy, with a rusty sink that hadn't been adequately cared for in a long time. Don't be fooled by the nice first impression; I do not recommend this place at all.

I love a place that excels at multiple food types! They have really anything you’d want for lunch/dinner. What was outstanding though, was the remarkable service I experienced. Servers went above and beyond to ensure an amazing. This place is family friendly, and gluten free friendly!!
