I was so stoked to try this place after reading so many good reviews, but I was actually pretty let down. I ordered online: a grilled cheese with BBQ pulled pork on gluten free bread, a side of sauce, and the meal said that it came with chips and had an offer to get extra chips for 50 cents more. So I got the extra chips as I was already using a 20% discount code, so why not? My total came to $16.88. I thought that was an okay price considering the gluten free bread was an extra $2, like most other places. I went and picked it up, the guy behind the counter handed it to me, and I went and sat at a table with my boyfriend to eat. I was surprised that there were no chips with my sandwich. So I went back up and explained to the guy that I didn't get the chips I ordered. He just looked at me blankly and said they don't serve them anymore and that "the menu is changing." I said that's okay, but I paid for them, to which he responded with basically the same statement. No apology or offer of any different side choice, my money back, or coupon? Idk lol, but I said okay and just walked away dumbfounded, not because I care about a handful of chips, or 50 cents, but because that was the most awkwardly unprofessional experience I think I've ever had. My boyfriend and I talked this through, cracking up the whole ride home. Just picture: the order comes into the restaurant, an order for a sandwich and extra chips. You know that you don't have chips anymore, so you just make the sandwich and put it in the box. You hand it to the person when they come to pick it up without saying anything to them about not having what they wanted. When approached, you offer them nothing else in exchange for their money that you already received from them. Not sure if he just hoped I wouldn't notice until I was halfway home or what, but that was crazy. The food I got was good, which sucks, because the lack of idk... giving a shit, on their part, I guess... has me thinking I probably won't go back.
TLDR: Food is good, but don't order online. Go there in person so you can make sure they really have what's on their menu.
