Melting Pot

With four of us, we shared two cheese fondues, two entrees and one chocolate. That was more than enough, and we all left very full. They were very good about keeping the gluten free dippers separate from the things with gluten, which was great for my daughter with celiac. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Leave a couple of hours for three courses - we weren't eating particularly slowly and we were there over two hours.

We love melting pot! It is a 'cook your own dinner' place and some find that silly for the price but we always leave with leftovers and very full! The food is always good and they even have gluten free dippers for the cheese and dessert courses! The last time we were there it took 2.5 hours because the waitress was extremely slow. Courses took forever to come out and she forgot to bring the GF dippers both times until we were almost done with that course. It is expensive but it's about the experience for us so we very much enjoy it. Tempura batter is the best! And you can customize your chocolate choice: my husband likes white chocolate and any of the dessert fondue base chocolate choices can be changed to whatever you'd like, i.e: dark, white, milk etc. Its definitely worth the splurge once in while! Both $$$ and calories! 😄
