Lovely staff who were very welcoming on my arrival. The waitress with a British accent was attentive & created a good morale with me, shortly after my arrival I had a glass of Chartley Estate Pinot Gris which was a nice sharp and fruity flavour profile.
Entree mushrooms were nice and crunchy exterior and soft centre, not too much heat & yakitori sauce giving a nice flavour to add to the dish. Accompanied with a pickled veg ribbons, adding a sweetness to the dish.
A Delicious medium rare steak. Veg had a nice crunch and smoothe puree, seasoned well.
Dessert was a deep fried plant based gluten free Nutella which was crunchy on the outside and cutting into it oosed out a gooey Nutella.
Served on a pool of chocolate fudge sauce & coconut icecream which cut through the richness of the chocolate.
Definitely worth going to experience this venue. The young head chef is doing some good things.
