If you have a gluten allergy, avoid the Old Spaghetti Factory. Our party of nine had a fine meal—except for one major failure. Despite clearly informing our waitress of a gluten allergy when ordering, the “gluten-free” spaghetti was not prepared separately and couldn’t be eaten. When I brought this up at the end of the meal, the waitress apologized but did nothing beyond saying she’d tell the cooks - no escalation, no real attempt to make it right. If a restaurant offers gluten-free options but can’t serve them safely, they shouldn’t offer them at all. This isn’t just bad service - it’s careless.

My family and I had previously dined here and had a different experience this time. I ordered the gluten free Fettuccine Alfredo and added shrimp. The previous time the shrimp was added to my dish. This time I was given boiled shrimp on the side. The pasta had what would equal to 2 tablespoons of Alfredo Sauce at the bottom of my noodles. It tasted like I was eating plain noodles. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she brought out Alfredo sauce in a very small dish. It still wasn't enough. We had to request the bread because it wasn't brought out to us and we had to ask for refills. Each time the waitress brought out something to us, she was clearly annoyed. We thanked her, yet she would not respond. The host and the manager(?) were very friendly and greeted us when we arrived and thanked us for coming in.
