We had lunch here recently after searching through several cafes for gluten and dairy-free options. It was quite a challenge, as my partner has intolerances to both. But our efforts were rewarded when we discovered this hidden gem. The staff were accommodating and the food was the best gluten and dairy-free lunch my partner has ever had. The coffee was exceptional as well. We will definitely be returning here for lunch whenever we are in Waterford.
