The Original Pancake Kitchen

The food was amazing! The staff were super friendly and best of all the were coeliac friendly!!! I got the jamacian banana pancakes 1000% recommend! So damn good!

We were disappointed. The menu, both online and instore said they have 3 vegan burger options. When ordering, we were told the menus were being changed, so only the vegetarian burger could be made vegan. However, when asked, they said they can do the bun gluten free. We do not think they knew the difference between gluten free and vegan. We got the veggie burger and the IT pancake. The burger was not good. We're pretty sure they gave up a gluten bun when we said vegan. There were no sauces on it and it required better assembly. The pancake... we got 2 pancakes with maple flavoured syrup and coconut ice cream we had to pay extra for. It was supposed to come with banana and walnuts. We did not get these. The pancakes themselves were dry and almost rubbery. For a place that has "pancake" in the name, we were very disappointed. The lady at the counter was very polite and welcoming, but there should be a much greater understanding of aletgies and dietary requirements.
