Ok guys - maybe you’ve read the reviews for how good this pasta is, but let me assure you - you simply do not understand how effing good this pasta is. My partner and I came here, I’m gluten free, he is not. The salads we got were perfection (Italian wedge and kale salad FWIW) but the pasta was just, incredible. I think the best gluten free pasta I’ve had. For any fellow gluten free folks - owner confirmed (and showed me) they have a separate machine for their gluten free pasta (obviously it’s home made), they prep gluten free pasta first thing in the morning before gluten pasta molecules are in the air! Bolognese is a go to and what my partner got, I got a spicy shrimp dish. We both think this is one of the best, if not the best, pasta we’ve ever had. Worth 👏 it 👏

Food was good and if you need gluten free like me this place is a gem. The problem is for me it’s 45 minutes away. I’ve been there twice the second time right as they opened. Both times the wait was 1.5 to 2 hours. You cannot call in advance so you take the trip only to find out you won’t be seated. There are picnic tables outside but both times they were all taken so not an option. We ended up eating in the car both times. I saw quite a few people go in I assume find out about the wait then go elsewhere to eat. Their seating policy is posted online. Unfortunately that doesn’t change the fact that they are unable to seat their customers.i realize they have limited seating my issue is that you have to go there only to learn you will not be seated. If you could call I would add a couple of stars. Based on my experience I won’t be going back what a shame the food was good and celiac friendly.

Such an attentive and efficient group of folks work here. Appetizers and pasta were delicious, including gluten free bucatini and Argentinian shrimp black linguine (fresh)! Extra points for the playlist.
