In August of 2023, due to certain health issues, I became vegetarian and in most cases vegan, as well as I was no longer allowed to have wheat based products, so gluten free as well. I started doing a lot of my own cooking, but also at times want to explore foods and especially baked goods, that I am allowed to have without compromising my health, but with great taste. This place absolutely delivers. I tried a cupcake and a doughnut, both delicious and absolutely amazing. We also found out from a young lady that works there, that they make gluten free, vegan and even sugar free cakes, with a long enough notice, to order. I have finally found another place where I can enjoy guilt free deserts with absolutely amazing tastes and that go well with my health driven diet. Love it and absolutely coming back again soon.

i ALWAYS come here with my boyfriend to order take out as they are the only restaurant that accommodates my dietary restrictions. unfortunately, i ordered something off the gluten free menu & it definitely was not gluten free. i ate the whole thing & am currently suffering from a fever, extreme muscle aches, being unable to eat, dizziness, & canker sores. all of my symptoms from eating gluten. that’s the only place i’ve eaten in 24+ hours since i haven’t been able to eat. i ordered on monday night. IF YOU GO HERE. DOUBLE CHECK IT WAS MADE GLUTEN FREE. otherwise they are wonderful. i just wish that didn’t happen. it made me hesitant to ever order again.

Since opening their doors, The Pasta Shop has been my favorite restaurant for so many reasons. First of all is the food- there are so many delicious options. The menu changes seasonally and there are daily specials, so there's always something new to try on top of the reliable favorites. You can't beat their fresh pasta and the sauces are amazing. When not dining in or grabbing takeout, we will often just get a pound of pasta and some sauce to cook at home. It can't be beat for a nice pasta meal at home. Second is the staff- everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful- from owners to servers to seaters and more. They make you feel like family and are so attentive. You can tell their truly enjoy what they're doing. Lastly, are their accommodations for special diets. There are always vegetarian options on the menu, which I appreciate greatly. They also offer delicious gluten free pasta, which my sister with celiac disease has raved about. They take cross-contamination very seriously and I know she felt safe eating there. There are so many reasons to love The Pasta Shop. I highly recommend a visit!

The place is great. The food is amazing. They are extremely gluten-free friendly, and the owner is incredibly nice. Went to the location in Denville today, and will definitely be going back.

Wow, what can I say? We decided to try Casa Bella because they had gluten free pasta for my wife, This was probably the single best meal I've ever had. Everything hit on all cylinders. Every bite complimented each other. It was cooked perfectly so the flavors all melded together but you could taste every part. I've truly never had a meal like this before. I can't recommend this place enough or rate it high enough. Great job!!
