Adam was incredible. Just got engaged today and he took such good care of us. His knowledge of the menu was absolutely beyond comprehension and he made sure we had such a special time. The way he explained the menu for my gluten allergy was incredible and the way he explained the wine and whiskey to us was top notch. Lovely guy. Unforgettable experience.

We had a very lovely dinner at the Pembroke and enjoyed their Sunday Supper pre fixe menu. We had both a nut allergy and a serious gluten intolerance in our party. The staff was incredibly proactive about communicating what was safe for us to eat and even provided us with delicious alternatives when we could not eat the course that was on the menu. They also have a wine list highlighting female-owned and sustainable brands. The rosé we enjoyed was a wonderful complement to the meal.
