Exudes a welcoming aura, complete with warm service and a must-go for every local and tourist.
Enjoyed breakfast - one of the best-cooked omelettes I have had, with a delicious small but varied salad on the side. My wife who has a gluten intolerance was accommodated perfectly. Highly recommended.

As a celiac myself I have to be very careful about where I eat. I’m glad I found this place half a mile from my hotel. The gluten-free bun is excellent. Strongly recommend it.

Experience breakfast for dinner, relish tender ribs, and expect awesome service here.
We went to Ted’s Bulletin for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy were delicious and so were the gluten free pancakes. Great service. Everything was so good that we came back again!

Expect top-tier burgers, an attentive crew, a high-quality dining experience, but the beer options on tap could use a bit of a boost.

A fan-favorite spot serving top-notch vegan burgers that leave even non-vegan enthusiasts pleasantly surprised, while also being eco-friendly.
5 stars. WONDERFUL food! Defs recomended! So, I've only ever gotten through Uber eats, so I can't comment on atmosphere. As for service, considering I've only ever ordered delivery I haven't had much interaction there, but I can say that if the many times I've ordered here, once they forgot my onion rings and when I called about it, they were friendly and promptly offered me an option for a refund or to pick some up next time I'm in the area (I chose refund and the man encouraged me to call back if I had any more concerns in the future). But mostly I wanted to say, the food is friggen fantastic. A bit pricey, as to be expected for healthy, fresh, vegan cuasine, but if you have it, your money will not be waisted here. The first time I ate here, I got the cheese steak and it was so great that I had to check the website twice to make sure it was vegan and that I didn't misunderstand anything. I mean, it was so good and high quality, that I was legitimately worried that I ate meat & cheese and was so relieved and impressed that it was, indeed, vegan! I now order here every chance I get. I look forward to going to the restaurant in person soon to check it out with my eyeballs & get a feel for atmosphere and more interaction with the staff (which has so far been really good). Foods I've tried & my opinions: •Fantastic onion rings! •Delicious sweet potato fries (although more soft then crisp), which go great with the amazingly DELISH hipcityveg sauce (basically a sort of honey mustard). •Reg fries are pretty good... like a fresh version of McDonald's (so way better than McD) if that makes any sense. •Stk & Chz to die for (this is the item that I thought for sure was not vegan, but was). •Crispy chx ranch (I added "bacon") is very good, though can kind of tell its not real, but still really great. •Ziggy burger was SO yum! •Sweet Green Tea is so refreshing with just the right amount of sweet and a hint of another light and fresh flavor that I can't quite put my finger on. I could drink this all day long! They have a gluten free bun option, which is really great for those who have more restrictions. The brownie and cookie might possibly be my favorite items from here. I always get 2 of each to save for the future and they hold pretty well. I ate all 4 over about a 2 week period and they STILL tasted fresh. At one point I tried a swirl shake with nuts and chocolate and it was ok. Not really a repeat for me, but still good. It had a kind of different taste to it that I wasn't really into but not totally against. All in all, a wonderful spot for vegans, vegetarians, those with a lot of dietary restrictions, kosher.... or even those with a typical American diet who wants a bang'n dinner (this would be my fiancé, who turns his nose up at my "weird food" and yet devours food from hipcityveg)! I have referred this place to many people who all return to me with nothing but great things to say about their experience as well! I wish every town had a hipcityveg! Unfortunately I live 2 hrs away, but I'll be back as soon as I can be!

A haven for vegans and vegetarians, this spot boasts a great atmosphere, gender-neutral bathrooms, and a noteworthy book selection.
Busboys and Poets was an excellent restaurant that is full of great art, many local events, and even a book store. This location is within a Community Collaborative building and you can feel the strong community connection. There were many different tables for big and small groups as well as bar seating. Service was quick, too. We were a group of 8 who was able to sit immediately during Saturday brunch. The menu marks foods which are “Gluten Free Friendly” and Vegan. Plus, gluten free bread is available for sandwiches, even though it’s not on the menu. Everyone in our group was happy with our food. Definitely would recommend and we’ll be back!

A historic spot in Georgetown with a laid-back bar vibe, popular for brunch and known for its variety of dishes based on fresh ingredients.
Wandered in from the cold for lunch and what a surprise we got! There was a beautiful fire burning in the back of the restaurant where we were seated that warmed us up. They have a great selection of Gluten free options, I had the Ruben and it was amazing! Well done Clyde's!

Enjoy a memorable birthday bash or a happening brunch with a stunning waterside view and a bustling city vibe at this popular spot.
A beautiful restaurant with amazing views and delicious food. The staff were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Two members of the party are gluten intolerant so this was very helpful. The drinks were also tasty!
