Stopped in here hoping to see some gluten free options and was surprised to find not only biscuits, but full brioche loaves! They also had THE only oatmeal cream pie I've had in over 15 years of being gluten free. Amazing!

The biscuits are small squares of buttery, flakey perfection. ( And Celiac safe!) The Rhu is The Place for local collaboration of flavors. Local sausage, local jams. Locally roasted coffee! Handcrafted bites with artistry and heart. It's the only place I visit more than once in the same trip, every time. A staple in my culinary tour.

The Rhu has a relaxed vibe, nice baristas, and several tables available to sit at. As I said, very relaxed setting, so the line can move slowly. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a hurry to get somewhere right after. I had the veggie sandwich and it was very tasty. Not your average veggie sandwich. It is a gourmet sandwich with unique flavors with a sweetness due to the inclusion of beets. I asked them to add cheese since it doesn't come with any. I also had it with gluten-free bread. Great vegetarian sandwich. I recommend trying it. I also ordered the gluten-free biscuit. Omg. It is the most delicious biscuit I've ever had. I wish I had ordered several! So lovely and delicious. Exactly what you hope it would be. I will definitely order it again when I am back in town.
