The Royal Hotel

We had a great gluten-free lunch here at The Royal Hotel in Seymour. Typical country pub with all the classics on the menu, except almost the entire menu is gluten free! I really enjoyed my GF Chicken Parmigiana and would love to eat here another time next time we drive through. The only thing that could have topped it off, is if they would have had a gluten-free beer! But maybe one day :-)

Brilliant meal at the Royal tonight 1/3 of the way in to our drive, Im sure it will be our new regular stop over. The staff are the best we’ve come across in a long while, the guy that served us (apologies for not catching his name) legend, super knowledgable, friendly, welcoming and attentive to the whole dining room, and the young girl equally friendly and attentive. Chef is doing a lot of things right, meal was awesome, very generous, well cooked and menu caters for everyone. Being a newly diagnosed coeliac we’ve struggled to find quality meals when dining out regionally/when travelling that don’t feel like you’re being punished. Above all expectations. Well done and thank you. My partner is very excited to have his takeaway double dessert later too!

Ripping Mexican Gluten Free Parma. As a coeliac fantastic to find a pub with just a few items on the menu not GF. Non coeliac wife very impressed with the GF calamari. Well done team.
