The food was awesome! And Henry is the man! His recommendations were the selections that I went with and he took care of me with regard to my gluten allergy. I went with the red fish and it was so good. It was the perfect end to my 60th birthday celebration in the Big Easy.

I have celiac so I was excited to see so many gluten free options online. WRONG. In person, the menu is not labeled with GF options and when I asked the server what can be made gluten free, it was FAR less than what the online menu claimed. Irritating.

Olivia was very kind and took note of our food sensitivities (hashimotos and celiac) and accommodated kindly and with ease. She was also very humorous and was genuinely one of the best servers we've ever had. We got the nachos and an assortment of tacos, my favorite being the chipotle shrimp, For a side, I recommend the fried plantains as a table favorite, and my personal favorite-the mango rice!! We are repeat customers and take our guests here as often as we can. We LOVE the Rum House!!
