Amazing food quality & selections! We thoroughly enjoyed the Bjorn’s favourite, salmon trilogy where we had cold, hot & cured salmon, and spicy scallop maki. Food was great & enjoyable. Only thing to call out is although they gave us gluten free soy sauce & gluten free bread, and they also confirmed the sauces on the sushi were gluten free, I unfortunately had some gluten attack afterwards (likely due to the sauces on the sushi). If I were to do this again, I’d explicitly ask to remove all sauces. Other than that, love the little “museum” section where a former salmon farmer shared about the Norwegian salmon industry & his experiences. We didn’t get his name but the guide is fantastic
