Very popular restaurant, went on a recommendation. Overall, very disappointing. Food was good, the experience left a lot to be desired.
Service: it took a long time for our server to come over and take our orders, we had to flag our server down numerous times and she was very flaky and seemed distracted. She was not knowledgeable on the menu, our two celiac guests did not feel confident in what they were going to be getting based on her “I’m not really sure” responses. As an apology for the messed up meal and also for the celebration we were there for, she did bring out dessert, however it was for the two celiac guests, and the dessert was not gluten free. A little education and attention to detail would have gone a long way with our service.
Food: of our party of ten, everyone liked their food, but one meal came out ice cold.
they offer gluten free options, but they do not have a printed gluten free menu. You have to ask someone, and hope they know, otherwise they will call someone else over who will verbally walk you through their normal menu and tell you all of the substitutions you should make.
Atmosphere: outdoor patio was nice, not too loud, heaters helped a lot so we were all comfortable during winter evening dining. We had a large group, and they set our tables up separated by a giant pole so there was a split in our group that made conversation awkward.
